Dal-Tile is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our El Paso Manufacturing Team! ! As the Manufacturing Machine Operator, we need someone to operate production equipment, monitor production parameters and make decisions on when to adjust the process.
Shifts:
A Shift – Day Shift:
- Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
B Shift – Night Shift:
- Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
- Additional $1.00/hour night shift differential.
C Shift – Day Shift:
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
- Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
D Shift – Night Shift:
- Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM.
- Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Additional $1.50/hour night shift differential.
Candidates will have an opportunity to discuss their shift preferences during the screening process. Shift availability will depend on current and future staffing needs.
Primary Objective:
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 year Manufacturing experience preferred.
Competencies:
Routinely working at a height that requires fall protection. Good oral communications skills. Good listening skills. Ability to understand and speak basic English
